Jill Biden tests negative for COVID-19, emerges from isolation 

where she was living in a secluded area since her vacation with the president Joe Biden,

and rejoin Biden in their Delaware beach house Her office announced the news on Sunday.

The White House announced on Tuesday that the first lady, 71, who , like her husband was

twice vaccinated and twice boosted with Pfizer's COVID-19 vaccination, had been tested positive for coronavirus. 

 The first signs of symptoms appeared on Monday.

Jill Biden's positive result came nine days after President Obama removed him from isolationfor an incident of COVID-19.

First lady given the antiviral medication Paxlovid and was placed in the Kiawah Island holiday home for five days,

in line with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines. She was unable to get positive results from two consecutive COVID-19 tests ,

and scheduled to fly to Delaware on Sunday the day after Communications director Elizabeth Alexander said.
