James Rado is best known for songs such as Aquarian and Let the Sunshine.

She played Rosemary Harris in the 1966 play The Lion in Winter by James Goldman.

James Rado and Jerome Ragini were writing the song Heyer based on the hippie counter culture as well as sexual revaluation during the '60s.

The song was also a huge hit on the 1968 Broadway show after the Brief Off-Broadway run.

James Rado was also awarded the Grammy Award for Best Cast Show Album.
