Acura’s first electric SUV will have one of the brightest EV grilles yet

Acura announced it's first electric automobile on Thursday and the grille should be noted.

The Acura Precision concept that will debut on the 18th of August during Monterey Car Week,

has one of the most bizarrely brilliant LED grilles I've observed in an EV.

The front of the car appears to be a continuation of some of the design style that was used in The Integra and

MDX with the five-point diamond shape as well as the headlights that are angular. However,

THE CONCEPT MAY OR MAY NOT INFORM THE ACTUAL PRODUCTION VERSION OF ACURA'S FIRST EV

The concept could be used to inform the final version of Acura's initial EV one, which is built on the back the General Motors'

Ultium electric design thanks to a collaboration between Acura's Detroit-based automaker and its subsidiary, Honda.

Together with with the Honda Prologue, the Acura Precision will be manufactured at the GM's Spring Hill, Tennessee, plant,

which is where is the Cadillac Lyriq is currently being manufactured. As part of the deal in place with GM,

Acura is designing the interiors and exteriors as well as the platform, which is being developed by GM to meet Honda as well as Acura's requirements.
