Now hold it in your right hand. Focus on the sign you have drawn and moved the pencil a bit away from your eyes towards the right side. You should not lose concentration. Seat straight. Then move it from the right side to the left side. And then back toward your eyes.
Stop as soon as the pencil starts to double. Close your eyes or look away for a couple of seconds. After that look back at your pencil. You should not see double.

Do not hurry be slow and concentrated. First of all, trace it one way. Then the other. Repeat this exercise for a couple of minutes.
Directional exercises you can do this exercise standing or sitting upright. Look towards your right side without turning your head. Then look at your left side. Focus and move your eyes from one side to the other, five times. Rest a bit. Repeat this action two times.
Now look at downwards your head should not move. Now Lookup. Focus. Repeat this set three times.
